A native of Caracas, Venezuela. Dr. Rodriguez is the Medical Director of the Surgery Center of Aventura since 2008. He is the Assistant National Medical Director, Director of Quality & Performance improvement and Chair of the Ambulatory Anesthesiology Quality Committee of Envision Physician Services.In the American Society of Anesthesiologists, he is a Delegate of the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, Chair of the ASA Ambulatory Surgical Care Committee, Member of the Committee on Performance and Outcome Measures (CPOM) and Core Measure Development Group (CMDG).
Dr. Rodriguez’ professional interest focuses on patient selection criteria for Ambulatory Surgery and improving the quality of Ambulatory Anesthesiology through reviews of quality trends and education. He completed a Master of Business Administration at University of Massachusetts, class of 2020.
